Challenge
Guanajuato, Mexico Governor Vicente Fox, PAN (National Action Party), is a leading presidential candidate for Mexico's first watershed democratic elections in over 70 years.  As a result of the near-dictatorial control of all Mexican institutions and media by the governing PRI party, Governor Fox faces a large, entrenched political and business machine, the lack of local talent with first-hand electoral expertise, and the challenges of building a national presidential campaign from scratch.

Solution
Our work has focused on assisting the Governor and his staff take the bold steps needed to break away from the confines imposed by the PRI (ruling party), including establishment of external trade and investment offices for his state (powers hithertofore reserved only for the Federal government), an international media campaign, and programs to increase Governor Fox's global visibility.  Our work has resulted in innovative programs for the under-served in his state, a new Trade Office in Los Angeles, high-level speaking engagements in the US, and improved media coverage and name recognition internationally.

Defining Success
Ultimately, we will be successful when our client is either elected President of Mexico, or has entrenched a lasting Mexican democratic system.
